Lemon Tree is a modern detached bungalow (with some steps) recently built on Buzza Hill, facing South and with lovely views to St Agnes.

There are two spacious bedrooms, one with twin beds, and one with a 6' double. The two bedrooms share a family bathroom. There is a large split level lounge / kitchen / diner, and this room, along with the double bedroom, has lovely sea views. Doors open on to decking and lawned garden. 

​

Short breaks available Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar at £90 per night.

Bookings are Friday to Friday (unless stated otherwise on tariff page).

Open all year - spacious, warm and comfortable - perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday, all year round. Superfast broadband now available - free for guests.

Visitors to this property also have access and use of the Indoor Heated Swimming Pool at the Bell Rock Hotel between March to October from 10am to 4pm. Towels are provided and there is limited changing space. Please book at the Hotel Reception.
